We're a team of experienced entrepreneurs and technologists who have come together to build OPENFORMAT, a platform that bridges the gap between Web2 and Web3.

Mark is our R&D leader. OPENFORMAT was his brain child. The leader of digital agency, Simpleweb, for 15 years, Mark has created and invested in over 50 start-ups, mainly in tech. Mark is our visionary. I genuinely believe he imagines the future in a way no one else I have ever met can. It’s inspiring and magical to see.

Bruce is our CTO. A highly experienced engineer and world-class technology leader, Bruce was part of WhatsApp’s founding team. Bruce is calm, cool and grounding. He’s all about action above words. A serial investor, Bruce cares deeply about the work he does and the impact it has.

Dave is our Chair. Dave co-founded ?What if!, a global innovation agency that worked with world leading companies, across multiple industries. What if helped create hundreds of new product and services, multiple billion-dollar businesses and a world leading practice in building innovative business cultures. Dave is a serial venture and technology investor. Vulnerable, honest and a leader who leads with his heart.

Andy is our lead engineer. A true inventor who will not stop until he solves the problem, whatever that problem might be. He is the builder of OPENFORMAT and our resilient, innovative and purpose-driven product leader.

And lastly, me, Sarah. CEO at OPENFORMAT. An experienced digital innovator and business leader. I’ve been called a force of nature! I am a relentlessly resourceful problem solver who cares so much about the people I work with and the impact of everything I do. I love technology and what it enables, and I’m so excited to be leading a team that will always put people first.
