What different ways can I track sentiment?
The answer to this question is changing on an almost weekly basis as we roll out more and more features. Right now you can track sentiment in the dashboard as part of the insight reports, and you can also ask the Community Assistant a tonne of different sentiment related questions. Much more sentiment coming soon, so keep your eyes peeled. 👀
Can Aartoo understand multiple languages?
Absolutely, it’s a multilingual Cycloctopus!! Aartoo is language agnostic so it can track sentiment, discussions and just about everything else across a huge number of different languages. Communities are global. Your community sidekick is too.
Does Aartoo talk to my community?
Don’t worry, when you add Aartoo to your Discord and Telegram it won’t go on a rampage and start messaging your members. We’ve trained it to be well behaved. It will just listen and learn. If you want to, you can turn on reward notifications. This will mean that whenever you issue a reward via the dashboard, Aartoo will notify the community and tag the person who received the reward, but this is totally optional and disabled by default.
What platforms are supported today?
Right now within the platform we support direct integrations with Telegram and Discord. Internally though we’ve been actively working on and testing Github and Twitter. If you have any other platforms that you’re particularly interested in please let us know and we’ll add it to our roadmap and start working on it pronto. 🙏

Hell yeah, course we can!! We can either give you a general walkthrough of Aartoo and help you get onboarded or if you’re already set up we can dive a bit deeper and help really fine tune your community brain. Just click the 'Book a Demo' button.
Do I have to use rewards or have a token?
We completely understand that every community is different. Some communities might already have a token that they want to reward, others might want to create a points token or reward badges and some might want to stay well away from rewards. All completely valid options. Aartoo is designed to be 100% flexible. You can use whatever parts you need, so rewards are totally optional and many communities have actually mainly used Aartoo for sentiment and to more deeply understand their community. We also have integrations with Zealy, Drip and Galxe coming very soon. 👀
I'm a moderator, can I still use this?
Sure, we wouldn’t even dream about leaving you out. 😉 The vast majority of the features should still be useful to you, whether you want to keep up to date on the latest conversation topics, understand who the key contributors are or to get some recommendations on how to improve your Discord or Telegram channels. I’m not in web3, can I use this to coordinate my Discord and Telegram?
You sure can!! And actually our goal is to expand far beyond web3 communities over the next few months. Right now you’d be limited to Discord and Telegram, but we’re looking to introduce more platforms soon, everything from Slack to Reddit. Quite a few communities outside the web3 world are already getting a tonne of value from Aartoo including music artists, sports clubs and gaming communities.
